Starting this school year, student devices will be securely stored in Yondr pouches during instructional time — from bell to bell. 📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT for Watson Chapel Families! 📚📵
Starting this upcoming school year, Watson Chapel School District will be implementing Act 122 – "Bell to Bell, No Cell" as part of Arkansas state law.
🔔 What this means:
Students will not be allowed to access personal electronic devices (such as cell phones, smartwatches, earbuds, etc.) during the instructional day – from the first bell to the last bell.
✅ Why?
To promote better focus, fewer distractions, and greater academic success for all students. This change supports a learning environment where everyone can thrive!
💡 Parents, we encourage you to talk with your child about this policy and help ensure they’re prepared. More details will be shared before the first day of school.
